On June 9, the after school program at Renaissance Charter School 2 hosted a joyful and energetic Field Day that brought students, staff, and families together for a day of fun, teamwork, and school spirit.

Kindergarten and first-grade students arrived in bright yellow, while second and third graders sported pink to represent their teams. Throughout the day, students rotated through a series of exciting games and friendly competitions, including:

• Bowling

• Jump rope

• Relay races

• Soccer matches (boys vs. boys and girls vs. girls)

• Volleyball

Music filled the air as students danced, laughed, and cheered each other on. The energy was contagious, and by the end of the day, many students were asking their parents for “just five more minutes” before heading home.

It was a vibrant celebration of movement, friendship, and the spirit of community that defines Ren 2. We’re proud of our students for showing such enthusiasm and sportsmanship, and we thank our staff and families for helping make the day so special.
