Our 5th-grade students at Renaissance 1 took center stage in a spectacular Disney musical performance, showcasing their incredible talent and hard work. This event was a true reflection of their dedication, teamwork, and the power of the arts in education. With the support of our community, including a special appearance by Council Member Shekar Krishnan, this performance was an unforgettable celebration of creativity and achievement.

Representing 82nd Street Academics, we stood alongside local leaders, organizations, and neighbors to affirm our commitment to equity, visibility, and creating safe spaces for all families and students.
