SAT reasoning test

 The SAT Prep Course at 82nd Street Academics is designed to help high school juniors and seniors score major points on the SAT Reasoning Test. The course offers 42 hours of study, including three full-length practice exams. Sessions are on Saturday mornings from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm over thirteen weeks.

The SAT Prep Course is the right choice for your child. We prepare students for the exam with superior tutoring and testing strategies. The Specialized High Schools Admission Test is the ONLY way to get into one of New York City’s esteemed science and technology high schools, which include Brooklyn Tech, Bronx Science, and Stuyvesant High School. Here is a link to information about all of New York City’s specialized high schools.

The SHSAT Prep course at 82nd Street Academics is a great way to prepare your child for the exam with high-quality tutoring. Students will take three full-length practice tests during the course, and will work with a dynamic, experienced instructor to identify areas of weakness, learn test-taking strategies, and practice the material.

The 2008 SHSAT Prep Course will begin on September 9, 2008. The class will meet every Tuesday and Thursday night for 7 weeks, from 4:30 – 7:30 PM (42 hours total). The test is offered to eighth-grade students on the last Saturday of October.
