82nd Street Academics’ mission is to complement the public education system so that students, regardless of home language, will have access to quality higher education. We help students take those crucial “early steps to college.” Our main office is located in the heart of Jackson Heights, Queens – a historic New York City neighborhood growing in cultural and lingual diversity.

82nd Street Academics offers programs year-round to develop students’ academic and socio-emotional skills. Annual tuition is affordable and supplemented by easy monthly payment plans. Our teachers are highly trained, professional, and share a passion for the success of students in the community. We currently serve approximately 800 families per year.
